Shipping
All Trippytee products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Production time: 2–5 business days.

Shipping time: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of made-to-order (print-on-demand) products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color or design preference, or shipping delays outside our control.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs
When a return is approved, the item must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
